On the map you will find:

Red lines represent the preferred transmission route under consideration.

Green lines represent alternate transmission route segments under consideration.

Red and Green dashed lines represent areas where the preferred and alternate routes overlap.

Green dashed lines represent an alternate transmission route variant under consideration.

Orange dashed lines represent an alternate transmission route variant which connects to the Alternate Windy Flats substation location.

Purple lines represent modifications to existing transmission lines.

Yellow dashed lines represent proposed transmission line bypasses under consideration.

Black dots and corresponding letters and numbers (for example A20) located on the proposed routes will help you to identify the route that you are closest to.

Although there are many route locations on the map, if the project is approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission, only ONE route will be constructed. It is important to note that a final route has not been selected.
